The sprocket wheel is designed for scraper conveyor chains. It is a combination of two separate chain wheels with a hub between them. The two wheel plates can be conveniently assembled onto or disassembled from the hub, and they are integral tempered and quenched to guarantee good mechanical property. The teeth of our scraper conveyor chain sprocket are high frequency quenched to offer higher hardness and better corrosion resistance.
